To inform everyone who’s asking why today was such a terrible day, this is my cousin.  She’s 11 years old and has chronic cystic fibrosis so she’s in and out of the hospital all the time for her lung disease, and constantly taking medications and doing breathing treatments. Well about an hour ago I was informed that she was admitted into the hospital because one of her lungs collapsed due to multiple infections.  She is getting a chest tube inserted in order to try and re-inflate her lung, along with tons of IVs, etc. If they can’t save her lung she may need a transplant.  Only 60% of CF patients who receive lung transplants live 3 years or longer after the surgery, so her life expectancy won’t be very long. I haven’t stopped praying since I found out. Last summer we got approval from her doctor and took her to Florida with us for 5 days, and it was the first vacation she’s ever had. Her and I got really close when we were there, I wanted to make sure she had the greatest time of her life because she’s been through so much.  She’s so happy despite everything going on in her life. She inspires me to never be anything but happy. I love her to death, and it would really mean a lot to me if anyone who sees this can pray for her.

PLEASE REBLOG FOR ME. This is Ellen. My closest most trustworthy friend. She is the most strongest girl you will ever meet in your life, she doesn’t think so. Her mum died of cervical cancer just last week on wednesday. The flower she is holding, is the flower that her mum had beside her hospital bed. Her and her mum’s relationship was amazing, they laughed until they had tears streaming down there faces and spent most days with eachother as if it was there last. An hour before her mum passed away she said that ‘you will always be my angel, And I will always be in your heart no matter where I am or where you are. stay strong for me ok beauty?’. Her big brother, Rory, died in a car crash the next day. Her and her brother were also really close. Ellen phoned me up today in tears and said to me ‘theres only so much hurt i can take, i miss them too much and want to be with them, I can’t be strong anymore Sher’. I’m still on the phone with her right now, and begging her not to take her life. - These past weeks have been the toughest weeks for ellen, in her entire life. I want you all to reblog this just so she knows how much people respect how strong she is and to show her how strong she is. I want to prove to her that if you keep thinking positive things will get better. PLEASE REBLOG FOR ME.
